Why no API?

Our core principle is that your files should never leave your computer. A traditional API would require you to upload files to our servers for processing, which goes against our privacy-first model. All the powerful libraries we use (like PDF-Lib.js and PDF.js) run directly on your machine.

Future Possibilities
